I had the privilege to work with Trish as an out of state buyer. Her willingness to work with my brief trips I made it to NC as well as her ability to do virtual tours for me while I was out of state made the buying process fairly easy for me. She was very knowledgeable on items of a home that could cost me in the long run and also provided valuable input on balancing my wants/needs with the home. After only a couple months, I was able to land a home that I can see myself in for multiple years. She also provided multiple recommendations on contractors/individuals to assist with some home projects, all of which have been an extreme pleasure to work with and have done flawless work.
